Pros

Ciber has great Consulting Managers that really care about their consultants and attempt to stay in touch with them to check on how they are doing when on assignment. The benefits are comparable to the industry and I feel that Ciber has competitive pay for it's consultants.

Cons

When your assignment is about to end there is not enough communication with the consultant to advise where things stand with marketing your skills to find you a new contract and keep you off the bench. I have been fortunate to be working for a terrific group that has initiated a consistent long-term extension and has a good relationship with the Ciber Account Management team.

Advice to Senior Management

Promote more internal training and development for consultants to continue to build bench-strength and develop their skillset.
