Great team mates, management that understands work/life balance, cares about its people
Cons
Branch office point of view versus a national practice point of view. Hire and fire to projects, very limited solution offering development. Some managers are highly political and plan to find ways to blame others for their mistakes. Some managers conduct practice group planing around their own career goals rather than the needs of the company.
Advice to Senior Management
Executive Management needs to be praised for their effort, but the get feedback that is modified by management toward them. Too many VP/Directors put their own careers ahead of their own practice groups, people and CIBER.
