CIBER – “Good. But could have been Great!”

Pros

The ability to work in unique and new industries is what brought me to Ciber. The people are all commited to the task and well above average on intelligence. I really liked the experience.

Cons

The job is getting more and more technical and a strong business knowledge is not needed anymore. MBAs don't go there!

Advice to Senior Management

Give more space to the business projects and leave to the IT consultants their job. And think of increasing the benefits...
