CIGNA – “CIGNA -- Mediocre in every way”

I've just been with CIGNA for 6 months but so far so good. The decision to freeze salaries this year was disappointing but not completely unexpected. It seems to be a very bureaucratic company but probably no more so than any other big company
Cons
Declining membership causes constant budget pressure. No travel, no training. Also, ironically, the insurance coverage is average at best. Not nearly as good as my last company.
Advice to Senior Management
Find a way to grow membership
