Work-life balance opportunities are very good. Intelligent group of people who care about what they do.

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy can make it difficult to get things done.

Advice to Senior Management

Intracompany communication is very good. Maintain focus on retaining valuable employees. Let them know their contributions are vital to the success of the company.
