CIGNA – “Not appreciated”

Pros

The best thing about working a cigna is that I have a job.

Cons

-Cigna review process is the WORST!!!!!
-Cigna will post a job when its already taken.
-No matter how hard you work or how good of a job you do if your not part of a CLIQUE you will not go far.
--Low Level managers are unskilled
-No diversity
-

Advice to Senior Management

Promote those who work hard.
Change the yearly review system
Stop posting jobs that are already taken.
 Stop promoting people to manager because they a reached the salary cap at there current position.
