    I worked at CIRCOR International

    Pros

    Free Coffee
    Good Commute
    Some of the employees are very nice and great to work with
    Lots of parking
    Property Management takes good care of the building

    Cons

    - Senior management is unaware of how HR treats employees
    - New hires are considered on basis of age and quality of wardrobe - not on skills and experience
    - If you shop at Ann Taylor, by all means apply at Circor!!
    - Huge gap between senior management and the individuals that report to them
    - Calculated lack of communication and no encouragement of teamwork, no recognition for good work and no room for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communicate with ALL of your employees in the executive office - not just the Senior VP of HR and Legal Counsel. You'd be surprised at what people have to say if you would make yourself available and really listen.
