Pros

Leadership at the top (CEO) is good, values people, very personable and sharp. Good benefit plans, especially 401K with auto match.

Cons

HR is a revolving door at this company, except at the top. I can't begin to count the number of HR employees I have seen come and go at the local level. Have to wonder if it is the person at the top that is the problem.

    Great people on site. Good benefits. Good environment.

    Cons

    No career path unless you are in operations. A time of flux to conquer challenges and set the course over the next few years.

    The local employees are great to work with.

    Cons

    Micromanagement from the CEO (Scott Buckholt) on down. Local business units unable to make basic decisions without corporate approval. This approach dramatically slowed down process improvements, etc.

    Loosen up and trust your business unit leaders.
