- Workers' are constantly driven to work like a mad-men yet rewarded extremely little.
- Mostly criticism not compliments.
- Management jokes go too far
- Everybody is working integrated jobs, no specific roles.
- Too much gossiping
- Everything gets piled up on desk but no development since everybody works by politics.
- Workers are learned to push work to other people, not manage them.

Advice to Senior Management

Change management to more globalized or more cultured people who understand global culture or, hire actual genuinely hard-working people.
