If you are looking for a job straight out of college and like to be treated inhumanely, this would be a place for you. I suppose that if you needed a job bad, they will hire you and then work you like a dog.

Cons

Incompetent people, no pay raises, terrible benefits. There is definitely no opportunity for growth here. All seasoned employees treat new employees like a sack of potatoes. Senior management who have been there since day one, are complete jerks. They like to fire people left and right.

Advice to Senior Management

Invest your money in your employees and not yourselves.
