Overview working for CKR.

ProsGreat employees on the team.

ConsManagement very bad. Salaries poor. Not a great place to work. Company has its favorites. If you are not a favorite forget it. No opportunity for growth.

Advice to Senior ManagementTrust your employees. Don't think that all your employees are not trust worthy. Support your whole team. Don't play favorites.

    No Leadership, No Structure and No Growth
