Pros

The room for advancement is really good. From the trading floors you can make it right up the corporate ladder, The CEO used to report the market.

Cons

I think the lower rungs of the employment chain make the worst money. If you pay your dues, you might get promoted.

Advice to Senior Management

I would make sure that he has a firm grasp on the way the lower level employees are being treated.
