    Pros

You have the opportunity to work with talented individuals. You can learn a lot abot all different aspects of exchange futures trading.

    Cons

Usually, management does not want to hear about your opinions or ideas. The subjective annual reviews are often unfair and do not reflect the actual effetiveness of the employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Older workers should not be forced to leave when many of them have wisdom and experience that cannot be acquired in a year or two.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
