Politics aside CME Group is a great place to work.

Cons

Politics and management heavy. Career growth is politics driven. Company is slow in adopting new technologies. Working on weekends is very common which in turn leaves precious little time with family.
This is a company where you need to have the right connections to move up the ladder, otherwise you will be left behind. Management needs to do a better job in recognizing and rewarding the amazing talent in the company.”
