I worked at CNA full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Easy and convenient to get to. Pay and benefits are on par for industry and job requirements.

Cons

Everything else. First job out of college and it was what I thought it would be. There's all this talk about growing but I don't see it. 9 out of 10 times you'll have staff that are more qualified than management. If you can fly under the radar you can survive here with the basic education/experience requirements. Most companies have policies against couples in the office. Here its almost encouraged. Lots of people from out of state versus local scene. It's all unique.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Shake up management from the core-down.

I worked at CNA full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefit, PTO and work life balance are ok if that is all that matters in your job.

    Cons

They don't care about the employees and what they can bring to the table as individuals. The team units do not work together so there is little chance for employees to advance to other areas. The leaders are not concerned with what the employees want to see and do and what is important to them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to listen to employees opinions and not have a bunch of "yes men". Let people do the jobs they were hired for! Senior leaders think only their opinions are right and nothing else matters.
