Pros

Great pay! Great bonuses! Good life work balance! Telecommuting options available. Flexible schedules. Not a lot of overtime required. Good rewards program for exceptional work.

Cons

Too much reorganization. No real training programs. Constant procedural changes. Glass ceiling comes quickly. Limited opportunity for promotion and advancement. Difficult to transfer to other departments or divisions.

Treat employees based on their work performance!

    Pros

    Freedom to drive some results.

    Cons

    Limited management execution of strategic priorities. Limited input towards improvement. Poor communication and involvement to staff. Constant turnover as potential doesn't match results.
