“Used to be a great company but not any more”

Current Employee – been working at CNA

Pros – 401 K match, flexible schedule

Cons – No respect to the employees, constant change the measurements for performance, too much emphysize on sales/marketing

Advice to Senior Management – eliminate some layers of management

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
