I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V.

Pros

Nice place to work, some times the days are long. But it evens out with Comp days and December shut down.

Cons

Limited fields to move in finance as the operations are scattered all over greater Chicago area.

I worked at CNH Industrial N.V.

    Pros

Best pay and benifits in the Fargo area for this type of work.

    Cons

Pay is low compared to national for this industry. Management at all levels is bad to put it mildly. Management has no clue on most what is going on. Employees are treated poorly with no respect. The plant isatleast 30 years behind in technology. Inventory control is a joke. Its amazing tractors are able to be made at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    replace management plant manager down.

I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V.

    Pros

The compensation is very competitive in cities where cost of living is very low. Also, there is a lot of room for CNH to improve it's competitiveness and a lot of new programs to improve our operations.

    Cons

CNH has a lot of great ideas, but horrible execution. There is much resistance to change by an old guard which the company is unable to overcome. It is amazing how archaic the work environment is at CNH.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more time in addressing the culture at the plant level. The changes being implemented at the corporate level are great, but innefective because they are executed poorly at the plant level. It's time to focus on talent and enthusiasm of your lower level leaders.
