Pros

vertically integrated system
reputable company
a lot knowledgeable professional to learn from
lots of resource
flexible schedule
looks good on resume

Cons

limited grow opportunity
have to be italian or ford to get promote
unbelievable bureaucracy
some management desicion are just unethical
high employee turnover

Advice to Senior Management

starting put more none-italian in senior management team since CNH is a global company.
Respect other culture (Learn Chinese in China, speak English in America).
BTW: Burr Ridge is a non-smoking facility
