ProsThe people were an asset to the company, but weren't treated as so.

ConsLow pay, poor benefits, no bonus, few perks, poor communcation, ineffective management, backstabbing.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to and take advice from the people that actually do the work. They know how it works and they know how to improve it. Listen, don't dictate.

    pays good, but work you to death
