Still Crazy After All These Years

ProsDepending on what part of the company you're in, or what management team you have, it can be a good place to work.

ConsHR is screwing everyone as much as possible on benefits, reassessing people's titles and capping pay, onboarding and training are horrible, and the constant mis-management/ reorganization of practically every department makes it impossible to actually get anything done. Onshore? Offshore? Hire? Downsize? It depends on the day of the week.

Senior management cannot or will not make a decision to save it's life, so middle managers run rampant and get rid of people they don't like or don't want to work with regardless of high performance scores, tenure, knowledge-base etc.

Most are out to keep their own job at the expense of throwing everyone else off the cliff - can't trust many of your co-workers and the backstabbing/gossip is out of control.

Advice to Senior ManagementQuit and let some professionals who know how to manage and who have people skills step in.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
