Pros

*No need to work overtime often.
*Very good design/production process in place. You can learn how to design a part of the system and see how the whole system is integrated together in a proper way.
*Lots of company club activities.

Cons

*Lack of respect by some co-workers causing high turn over rate. Someimes people are overly aggressive in the working environment.
*The company is strugging to find the right people. In several cases the management assigns the wrong people to the project at the beginning. And the maangement is stubbon to detect it. When the issue is finally recognized, time has passed and it already has caused tremendous trouble to the project. As a result, you can experience a lot of 're-org' in the life cycle of a project.
*It's a big company. You have to follow the process all the time which can discourage your creativity .
*Sometimes you are not allowed to take risks like experimenting new stuff in the project. If you do that and things go wrong and you need to make big changes to correct it, you are toasted and everybody will point his/her finger to you.

Advice to Senior Management

Assign the right people to the project at the begining and monitor them regularly to make sure they do a good job. Listen to the feedback from various employees. Replace the wrong people in time to avoid later trouble.
