Pros

They contacted me periodically to ensure I didn't have any issues. They were accessible to answer questions. The health benefits were good.

Cons

They didn't find me another contract after my 2 year contract with AT&T ended. It didn't seem like they put much effort into finding me another position.

Advice to Senior Management

I would suggest that they make more of an effort to keep contractors especially after working on an engagement for 2 years.
