Management seems to be cooperative but never do anything for their employee.
If you can negotiate, can get good salary.

Cons

- Benefits are not good.
- If you loss contract, they won't help you to get new one or you are out of work.
- No performance review system whatsoever.

Advice to Senior Management

- Be more helpful to employee and their benefits.
- They are bringing money fro company, give them some share like bonus
