Pros

They always pay on time and their base pay is higher than their competitors. The managers try to maintain a close relationship with the clients

Cons

There is no career path and you are considered just a prospect based on project. Do not invest in training of consultants

Advice to Senior Management

Invest in your consultants and provide an internal career path to enable employees to stay for longer periods of employment
