it is a challenging enviroment, there is a demand for our services. the training was thorough and will prepare you initially.

Cons

it is a catty environment and their is a lot of favoritism concerning who acquires certain accounts. this is not necessarily performance based, just based on whom managment favors.

Advice to Senior Management

continously train and treat employees as if this is a career; not that they are dispensible. the industry does have a lot of job hoppers but this environment in not conducive for long term employment.
