Poor branch management, poor account management, and weak sales pipeline. Recruiters were thrown under the bus when potential job placements weren't closed when account managers should have taken more accountability.

Advice to Senior Management

Fair treatment for both account managers and recruiters. Create a team atmosphere instead of fostering a hostile environment between recruiters and account managers.
