    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at CORE Education & Consulting Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Worked from home office, fair mileage reimbursement, no value proposition to sell other than a "one stop shop for educators" and even that is not true.

    Cons

In the 1.5 years working for Core I saw the entire upper management and sales staff replaced. This is an India owned company with different values and ethics. Investing in employees is not one. The President is incompetent and dishonest. He got his position by taking credit for the sales of his Account Managers. The back office staff can't make the time to be brothered with employees, especially HR. Don't call them if you need information about your benefits. The services they sale are non existent and largely misrepresented. Core is no more than a middle man pushing the products and services of other middle men. Therefore, they can not technically support anything they sale. My advice is to not waste your time working for Core. I've never seen an employee leave on good terms!

    Advice to Management

Invest in a professional management team and stay out of their way. Your approach to doing business in the US is obviously not working. If you want to build a reputable and successful company then hire competent executives..
