Pros – - Flexible with time off
-Good communication with fellow co-workers and direct level management
-Good exposure working with clients in various industries
Cons – - Not enough tools for professional/personal development
- Bonus structure obsolete for recruiters even if you generate a new client, and fill a position
- Sr. Management top heavy yet very lean in the individual offices
- Old IT infrastructure
Advice to Senior Management – Pay for performance
