CORESTAFF Services – “Top Heavy Company”

Pros

Had one decent manager while there.

Cons

Region was run in a very top-heavy way. The regional manager surrounded himself with an abundance of assistants, VP's and managers while the branch itself - the moneymakers - were staffed by one or two. This More importantly, if a recruiter uncovered a permanent need for a client and filled that need, the commission would go to the sales manager whose account it was - even though they had no knowledge of the need. Salary was extremely low, no quality of life, etc.

Advice to Senior Management

I've heard that some offices have closed and they've had to streamline staff, it was not all economy.
