Cons

high expectations, corporate culture, overload of work, rigid approach to process. slow decision making, hard to move up in the organization. Would have like more liberal travel policies.

Advice to Senior Management

more gatherings and opportunities for staff to get together and collaborate on company wide issues. This is happening on one big issue but more should be taking place. Younger people need to replace the people who have been there forever and do not understand digital innovation. Some employees have been there over ten years.
