I have been working at CPG International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Focused on individuals. Hiring the right people and keeping them The company is growing. It's a work, but you have the opportunity to learn a lot quickly. Fast paced. Virtually no internal politics. The leadership team is very transparent and leads by example. Fun team and people to work with. Responsibility. There is a lot of personal responsibility to make decisions and get things done.

    Cons

It is work, as with any growing company. It's fast paced and exciting. It can be a lot to take on if you're not prepared for this type of environment.

    Advice to Management

Keep staff levels up. With this environment, it is difficult to be effective if there are gaps between people leaving and bringing new staff on board.
