A great place to work

Project Manager (Current Employee)

ProsStrong history, lots of customers. Well known; good reputation. Low rates. COmpetivie pricing. Good management. Great people. FUn activities. Good benefits. Nice branding. Pretty logo. Interesting challenges. Great work locations. Centrally located.

ConsBig company, slow to change, lots of different interests. Diversified, but confusing. Parking can be hard to find sometimes, expecially when there are parties like fiesta or something like that. but really its a great place to work. i really like it. nothing bad to say, really. other than there are lots of people, so sometimes you can feel like you are doing a lot of different things and being pulled in different directions and stuff.

    San Antonio, TX

I have been working at CPS Energy full-time for more than a year

Pros: The work-life balance in this company is pretty good. If you don't want to go the extra mile, you don't have to. All you have… Cons: Salary: This is something very very political. Managers are expected to try to keep your salary low, so you almost have to fight them to… Advice to Senior Management: To stop making decisions base on pure politics and listen to their people. Don't crush morale by making the employees fight for a higher increase… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
