Pros

Support a worthwhile mission. Staff culture is very positive. Technology is kept up to date. There is a lot to be done, many opportunities. Management seems to be trying hard to be fair and keep staff informed.

Cons

City politics, budget threats, shabby work environment, public scrutiny, limited opportunity for advancement-raises-bonuses, reduced opportunities to do meaningful work due to budget shortfalls.

Push the promises you are making down through the organization in a meaningful way.
