I have been working at CROSSMARK

Pros

Employees are able to be very independent with an ability to take off as much time as needed, and still have a job.

Cons

There are no opportunities for growth or increased wages.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward employees for loyalty and dedication. As it is, this company takes their workforce for granted - no raises, little training, and no recognition.

I have been working at CROSSMARK

    Pros

I love my direct supervisor as a person and a boss. He is awesome. I love my job. I enjoy sales and dealing with the public.

    Cons

Not enough hours of work to make it feasible for most employees to live on what they make from Crossmark.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop hiring more people and give those hired more hours. Your employees need the work badly and work hard for you.
