as a retail service outlet in consumer goods /services,and with the retail background.i pride myself knowing the execution process to projects/assignments.

Cons

pay is little compared to the tasks delegation and time required to complete assignments.travelling long distances with wrong milage estimates from the new system.no downsides but someone need to take a look at this milage.

pay more attention to new employees.establish open dialogue to subordinants .demand for views /ideas-open communications. training and assessments for reviews.
