“i really love my job, but i think they should reward those that deserve it with a pay raise”
Current Employee – been working at CROSSMARK
Pros – flexible hours, you get to meet new people, get them to try new products, pay is pretty good, most of the co-workers are very enjoyable to work with
Cons – no pay raises, no appreciation from supervissior,when you ask for time off then its like you get punished for doing so
Advice to Senior Management – you should offer raises to those that work hard for the company, that sell out on their demo event products, instead of saying that part time employees don't get raises
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
