I have been working at CROSSMARK part-time (less than an year)

Pros

It is an opportunity to be somewhat creative with serving people. Opportunities to build relationships with club members, tell them about products, and nutrition. competitive selling.

Cons

strict adherence to uniform-no flexibility. Lots of prep work and set up, clean up, and chores.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would be nicer if we had more room for our own things(both work and personal) and better equipment to work with. Also to have reviews and raises on at least a bi annual schedule.

    Pros

Flexibility and you get to schedule your own work days.

    Cons

Ok firslty the pay is like 12.00 sounds good doesn't it? But when your working like 3 hours a week and traveling outside the city for a measly 3 hours you'll begin to see no relevance in even going.
they hardly trained me i worked one day. and then he just through me out there.. I then tried to call him " my manager" for a sight that i could do with a more advance Merchandiser. and this dude never picked up his phone...until this day...
