    Pros

    It is an opportunity to be somewhat creative with serving people. Opportunities to build relationships with club members, tell them about products, and nutrition. competitive selling.

    Cons

    strict adherence to uniform-no flexibility. Lots of prep work and set up, clean up, and chores.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Would be nicer if we had more room for our own things(both work and personal) and better equipment to work with. Also to have reviews and raises on at least a bi annual schedule.

    Its retail people.....Part time job with no advancement in pay. You will work every weekend.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire experience management that have a personality. Your upper management lacks supervision, they are there to collect a easy pay check by riding store to store ignoring problems at hand. Treat your store employees with more respect. You have grown to big too fast and you will be lucky to keep your store contracts in the future.
