I have been working at CROSSMARK part-time (less than an year)

Pros

Great hours, paperwork and training online. Self-supervision, insurance and 401 after 60 days. Great supevisor and location.

Cons

This is a part time job, but that was told to me during the interview.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up with the weekly updates and videos, love the news letters and information

    Plenty of actual projects and work for those they feel are worthy

    Cons

    absolutely no room for advancement no matter how much they claim it is.

    Be open and honest with people up front about their particular market, you will lose good people when over sell the success of the market

    flexible, independent work, benefits for P/T

    Cons

    Constantly changing incentives, pay is crap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    We are not stupid. We know when you change the incentive plan we make less money. Don't try to con $8-10/hr employees into doing the work of a pharmaceutical rep. We all know we're being taken advantage of. Your turnover is costing you more than fair pay would.
