Pros

Great co-workers. Decent pay. Easy and enjoyable job. Love talking to the customers.

Cons

Part time only. No raises. Chaotic in the kitchen area when everyone is trying to get ready for the day or cleaning up to go home. Not enough time to do paper work, prep cart and clean up when day is done.

Advice to Management

Need more professional managers. May want to give feedback to employees and raises accordingly. Give more time to get cart ready for the day, clean up to go home and to complete paperwork (15 minutes is not enough time).

    Pros

Definitely busy. Can get more hours than you may want. Meeting different people each day.

    Cons

Territories are all over the board. Turn over is high and the job is very physical. Always doing your work plus whoever quits! Work full time when it is suppose to be part time and no benefits!

    Advice to Management

Monitor your managers. They are working employees over 40 hours a week-part time! Crazy! The turn over is so bad because they have people so over extended. Stop letting clients dictate the days we service for them. Basically they make it impossible to fully do your job because of over committing. The excessive driving is because of managers who do not understand geography and they let the ones who have been with the company more than a year, pick and choose stores. I have worked as much as 14 -16 hours in a day! There are labor laws.

Loved working for this company and hated to leave. Unable to continue doing resets and more demanding projects.

    Pros

Weekly paycheck. Plenty of work if you live in a large metropolitan area. Work own schedule and hours. Great supervisors.

    Cons

Some work physically demanding. Not enough work if you live in rural area. Other companies have better pay and mileage compensation.

    Advice to Management

    Better compensation for tenured employees.
