    Pros

Good company to work for if you don't depend on it to pay your bills. If you manage to get hire fulltime, you may get 32 hours a week. If you're parttime, your hours will usually be 0-15 hours a week.

    Cons

No guarantee of hours even if you're hired fulltime. The medical insurance offered is a joke. The retail jobs are scheduled by computer. This means if you live within 20 miles of someone that is fulltime, you won't get any jobs unless they turn them down. The pay rate is less than average and if you're parttime, don't expect to ever get a raise.

    Advice to Management

Find a better system to assign jobs. Give raises to parttime employees. I've been with Crossmark for almost 3 years and still make the same as I was hired at.

    Pros

39 hour work week. Friendly management that will work with you when you need time off. We are often able to go home early on a day before a holiday or holiday weekend.

    Cons

Low pay and slow growth. Not a lot of room for opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Rais the rate of pay and supply better benefits.
