I have been working at CROSSMARK full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Several teams you can work for that can fit your need of days, hours or for supplemental income. PT Benefits are available and payday for Non-Salaried employees is every Friday. Company Bonus potential.

Cons

Weekend Field Support or IT assistance is not as helpful on weekends for Weekend Teams. With teams in different states, it would be nice to have Field Support extend their hours of availablility.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Never forget the little guys.

I worked at CROSSMARK part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The job itself was enjoyable. I liked that I was able to schedule my tasks, and do the work without much supervision.

    Cons

I was employed for 2 months and was given less than 20 hours of work in that time. I was told I would be working part time hours; instead I was given this. There were numerous times that I was unable to get a hold of my supervisor. This became such an issue that I called HR and got the number of her supervisor and contacted him. I never had an in store work with, and my training stopped after the online portion. The day of my in store work with I was assigned a reset and my supervisor couldn't even be bothered to show up, she was the team lead.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better manage the direct supervisors because if very many are like mine, your company will not last.
