Crossmark was not that bad if the management would have worried about more than just themselves.

I worked at CROSSMARK full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Most of the people not in charge were very helpful and friendly. The upper managment was serverly lacking people skills. Great perks with the company. Traveling was great. Meeting new people was always fun and interesting.

    Cons

The upper management was severely lacking in people skills. They only wanted to think of themselves.

I worked at CROSSMARK part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You get work experience, decent pay, the job can be quite fun. You do learn some new skills like team work and such. hours can be flexible, but it depends.

    Cons

Some workers in general can be very very unprofessional. Can be tiresome work. High-turner of supervisors. Some supervisors can be really rude. I only recommend this as a part time job for students. This should not be a career path.
