I have been working at CROSSMARK part-time (more than a year)

Pros

Really awesome people on my team. Fun & easy job. Hourly pay isn't bad. Good for extra income. If you have a passion for cooking/serving, this is a fun way to do it.

Cons

Rules seem to change a lot. Our team has had a hard time with good supervisors, they switch them around a lot/fire/replace. Hours are low unless it's a holiday. Not a job you can live off of alone.

I have been working at CROSSMARK part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Salary is good. Working independently is good.

    Cons

Supervisor never responds to email or texts and has favorites who get extra hours,
The hiring of Brand Ambassadors who made more than I did with no training or skills and who also got a bonus.
    No raises.
    Terrible mileage reimbursement.
The final straw: hours cut nearly in half.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees like human beings.
