    Pros

Great heritage, good co-workers, nice new headquarters with a good cafeteria and onsite fitness center. Good reputation with customers and lots of community involvement. Used to be a good place to work.

    Cons

Working environment is downright awful. Nobody is happy. Senior management not only dislikes their employees, they dislike each other. Senior management's attitude can be pompous, rude and generally unpleasant, particularly in some of the shared service areas like HR and Finance. Politics is over the top bad. Continuous reorganization, cutbacks and layoffs in response to mismanagement by executives and failed expensive projects have resulted in serious damage to a once good company.

    Advice to Management

Unfortunately, leadership will not take advice, as they are the problem which is pointed out every year in employee surveys but never addressed. Not until the Board of Directors wakes up and cleans house will there ever be hope.
