Pros

Great benefits
This started of as a good place to work, but was happy when I left.

Cons

Bad management
Inconsistency
Under educated leadership (knows nothing about the industry)

An extreme push for cross sell is promoted, while the product needs work. Lousy compensation for those in servicing, why sales gets their bonuses for you handing them their sales. Constant changing compensation plans, as so they have to pay as little as possible. The demand of working harder and harder, but know gets pay increases for ever, while most supervisors have know clue what is going on. As long as you pretend and dont actually have to take calls, you sem fine. Lots of favoritism as it comes to advancement.

One more thing: We are working adults, but yet it seemed like a daycare center with all the visuals used for sales contest. Turkeys running to a christmas tree, one turkey per tean, cars, owls , all kinds of stupid cartoon. Frogs hopping to the sales goal, very sad. And the supervisors were enthausiatic about browsing in worktime on google mages to find the coolest picture for the month.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

This 2012 (or 2011 when I left), why do you think there is no competition, there is!! Get your act together.

    Good benefits, 6 day work week, good coworkers, Clear policies,

    Cons

    lower pay scale, no cost of living increases, Closed profitable division. brought in bean counters with no real world experience and made unwise decisions. Company not as customer focused, just profit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Merge with one of the other 52 AAA companies across USA, Bring back AAA Car Care Plus Centers on West Coast.

    Very customer oriented. Truly cares about serving customer and providing satisfaction.

    it's a j.o.b. Working in a call center isn't for everyone.
