    Pros

the benefits are the only good thing about this compah

    Cons

The management don't have a clue what they are doing. All they want is people under 30

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

realize what you are doing to good people that are willing to work hard. You can't continue treating your employees the way you do and expect to succeed.

I have been working at CSAA Insurance Group as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

Smart people with good attitudes who want to make the most of this recently split organization and build on its legacy. Pay in IE is good, the office is beautiful and lots of opportunity to make an impact and advance as its growing fast.

    Cons

The leadership is still forming and norming. There is a lack of centralization and infrastructures and a bit like the Winchester Mystery house with some very old and some brand new overlapping.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior leaders, learn to work in stride together instead of competing with one another, particularly around stategy and technology infrastructure. Get clear on enterprise priorities and align all business unit to it. Managers can fill this gap to a point by continuously sharing their vision and assessing priorities with their teams.
