CSC – “More meat for the grinder at CSC”

Pros

Starting pay is good her because Provincial Gov. pays $20k of each employe salary who makes $36,717 or more. Benafits are better than alot of other places.
Doesn't take a long time to get seniority here because so many leave, turn around is the most I've ever seen.
3 weeks of vacation to start and paid sick days are a bonus.You can browse most of the internet or all of it with proxy.Besides that there aren't many other positive I can think of. I'm here for a while...living the dream paying for the house and cars. Draw your own conclusions.

Cons

evrything else...they expect you to stop living your life...company needs 1st! they say.
Being told to your face that you are very easy to replace, so like it or lump it.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire competent account Managers. Ones who aren't afraid of change nor try to block it.
Managers ho have less of an Ego-power trip in the position.
