Cons

Since it is a heavily matrix organization, one can expect to have multiple bosses and sometimes may get into conflicting priorities.

Advice to Senior Management

Ensure that great talent is not lost due to short term actions because of downturn in the economy. It would be nice to see an outsider replacing Mike Laphen as CEO, when he retires next year.
